All Onboard!

In January 2020 I gave a talk at Mobilize Dublin, sharing a new feature my team at Intercom is building to help our customers onboard users in their mobile apps.

I share how we identified the opportunity, the research that lead us to decide to build a different solution to our web product, and what that solution is.
